      The ALlele FREquency Database   
ALFRED is a resource of gene frequency data on human populations
supported by the U. S. National Science Foundation.

Typed Sites

Allele Frequency tables at the following sites for the population Sanga are available in ALFRED:

  • Select the sites by clicking the check-box and click on 'Retrieve Frequencies' to retrieve allele frequency tables.
