Expected heterozygosities are calculated as one minus the sum of the squares of the allele/haplotype frequencies (1-Σpi2). Expected heterozygosity values above the cutoff value (0.25) have red bars. All other expected heterozygosities have blue bars. The cutoff value can be changed with the field below the graph.
