Sample Description:This sample consists of individuals belonging to Amhara ethnic group, one of the two main groups accounting for more than 70% of the total population of Ethiopia. This sample was collected in Asella, the capital of the former district of Arssi, now Oromigna (Southern Addis Ababa, Central Ethiopia). All the subjects were healthy volunteers who provided informed consent.
