Sample Description:This sample consists of healthy Ghanaian men and women with a mean age of 25.6 years. Among the Ghanaians studied, 115 were from the three largest Ghanaian tribes: Ga (SA000820K) n=46, Fanti (SA000821L) n=37, Ewe (SA000822M) n=32. Written informed consent was obtained.
