Sample Information:

Graph estimated heterozygosities for various sites

Sample Name: Lolo (Lahu,Naxi,Tujia,Yizu combined)

Sample UID: SA002800K

Sample Description:Since the sample size for the populations Lahu, Naxi, Tujia, Yizu in the HGDP-CEPH (Human Genome Diversity Panel) are small, these populations were combined in ALFRED under Lolo for analysis of some HGDP-CEPH panel data. These populations are linguistically close to Lolo and also Yizu in Han chinese means Lolo.

Number of Chromosomes: 80

Relation to Other Samples: combined samples SA001494S,SA001496U,SA001484R,SA001485S
