Sample Description:This sample consists of unrelated Pamir Highlanders (Shughni, Roshani, Wakhis, and Vandzhi) from the Moscow population. The places of birth and the ethnicities for two generations of their ancestors were recorded. This sample is from the collection of the Laboratory of Genome Analysis of the Vavilov Institute of General Genetics.
