The ALlele FREquency Database
ALFRED is a resource of gene frequency data on human populations
supported by the U. S. National Science Foundation.

Sample Description: This sample consists of healthy unrelated males from the Azores Archipelago. All subjects were subjected to an interview in order to make sure that their ancestors belonged to the same island at least back three generations.
