Sample Description: 150 unrelated descendants of Europeans (mainly of Portuguese, German, or Italian ancestry, who served as controls in the studies of blood coagulation and showed no morphological signs of interethnic admixture) living in Porto Alegre, capital of Brazil's southernmost state.
