Sample Description: This sample comes from the Copenhagen City Heart Study, which is a series of studies conducted in the Danish general population. All participants gave written consent and the ethics committee for Copenhagen and Frederiksberg approved the study. Eligibility criterion for participation was Danish citizenship.
