Sample Description: This sample consists of self-identified African descents from general population selected using the Hearts of Brazil Project (HBP). The study protocol was approved by the involved Institutional Ethics Committees and National Ethic Committee for Human Research and written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to entering the study.
