Do you want a quick overview of variation for markers typed on many populations?

A new feature in ALFRED allows exactly that.
Pull down the Summaries tab and click on Table Numbers. Under “Graphical Summaries” click on item #2 for the number of frequency tables for a site ordered by number of populations typed. The large list that comes up gives the site (as an active link for details), its chromosome location, the locus name if known, and the number of populations for which data exist. Next to that number is the Map button. Clicking on that button brings up the world map with pie charts for all of the data on that site. We hope you will find this new feature useful.
