ALFRED Privacy Statement ALFRED staff respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you share with us. You can browse through our web site without giving us any personal information. We do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our website you visited. It also allows us to see what pages are more popular than others on the website. All such information is gathered globally rather than individually, and no information is linked to any identifying information about you. Aggregated data, such as the number of unique IP addresses searching ALFRED in a given month, may be disclosed, for example, to NSF (National Science Foundation) to provide them with usage statistics. We collect personal information when you sign-up for the ALFRED Newsletter. The personal information you provide will never be shared outside ALFRED.
