Sample Description:This sample consists of Luhya individuals in Webuye division of Bungoma district in Western Kenya. All of the samples were from unrelated individuals who identified themselves as having four Luhya grandparents.

Note: The allele frequencies linked to this sample were based on calculation from Hapmap project website.
