Sample Description:This sample consists of Telagas individuals from Andhra Pradesh. This caste belongs to the Dravidian linguistic family. This sample consists of Paniya individuals from Kerala. This tribe belongs to the Dravidian linguistic family. This sample is part of the DNA bank of CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (Hyderabad). The Institutional Ethical Committee of Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (Hyderabad) approved the study, and prior permission was also obtained from local authorities.Informed written consent was obtained from each subject.
