The ALlele FREquency Database
ALFRED is a resource of gene frequency data on human populations
supported by the Yale Center for Medical Informatics.

Sample Description: This sample consists of healthy Greek volunteers who were students at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. The sample also includes blood donor volunteers. This sample was collected by Dr.Peristera Paschou and Dr.Vangelis G.Manolopoulos from the Democritus University of Thrace (Alexandropolis campus) in early 2007.
