ALFRED is a resource of gene frequency data on human populations
supported by the Yale Center for Medical Informatics.

Sample Description: This sample consists of unrelated individuals from Tokyo, Japan. Ethical approval was obtained from the ethics committee of the medical faculty at the University of Tokyo and informed consent was obtained from all the subjects.
