ALFRED is a resource of gene frequency data on human populations
supported by the Yale Center for Medical Informatics.

Sample Description: This sample consists of Japanese individuals in Sakishima Islands (Miyako and Ishigaki) the southernmost Ryukyu Islands. The subjects were selected as individuals who had no ancestor derived from other regions for atleast three generations.
