The ALlele FREquency Database
ALFRED is a resource of gene frequency data on human populations
supported by the Yale Center for Medical Informatics.

Sample Description: Blood samples were collected from 108 unrelated healthy Basque autochthonous donors following informed consent and individuals were considered autochthonous if the 8 surnames and birthplace of their grandparents were of Basque origin.
