Sample Description: This sample consists of Samoyedic speaking Yakut individuals from Central Siberian plateau. To limit influence of admixture this sample included villagers who reportedly were settled in the sample place for at least three generations (up to grandparents) .This sample is part of the "core" data set that were genotyped for this study.
