Sample Description: This sample consists of Yi individuals residing in Liangshan autonomous prefecture of Sichuan province, China. All included participants were needed to be the self-declared indigenous people of the corresponding ethnicity groups or lived in the sample collection places at least three generations. The blood samples were collected with the approval of the Ethics Committee at the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Sichuan University.
