supported by the Yale Center for Medical Informatics.

Sample Description: This sample consists of individuals from Leicestershire. Leicestershire is a county in the East Midlands region of England, UK. Birthplaces of donors and their grandparents were noted and formed the basis for geographical classification of this sample. Only donors with at least three generations of residence in the county and the region were included in this research. Appropriate consent was obtained.
